Project Overview

Context

Bradesco is one of the largest banks in Brazil and Latin America.

Dashboard PJ is a strategic tool developed within the Salesforce platform and designed for Bradesco’s managers to centralize all the tools they currently use across different systems in their daily routines. This initiative is part of the bank’s effort to support internal teams with more intuitive and efficient digital experiences.

Problem

Managers currently rely on more than 100 disconnected tools and outdated platforms to access client data, perform analyses, and complete tasks. This fragmentation creates inefficiencies and negatively impacts the quality of service provided to clients.

Strategy

We’re building this solution from the ground up using Salesforce, in close collaboration with stakeholders, developers, and designers. As the UX Writer on the team, I ensure that all content across the experience is clear, aligned with the brand’s voice, and focused on usability for our internal audience.

Goal

To create an all-in-one dashboard that simplifies workflows, centralizes information, and enhances decision-making, allowing managers to spend less time navigating tools and more time focusing on client relationships.

Impact

The content strategy played a key role in improving the user experience of Dashboard PJ. By focusing on clarity and efficiency, we achieved meaningful improvements, such as:

  • Reduced the number of screens in the visit management workflow by 33%.

  • Made the flow more compact, direct, and easier to complete.

  • Enabled managers to accomplish tasks faster and with less cognitive load.

  • Enhanced overall usability and user satisfaction through clearer, brand-aligned language.
