Project overview

Context

Cockpit 360 is a strategic tool designed for Bradesco’s relationship managers. The goal is to centralize, in a single platform, all the tools they currently use across different systems in their daily routines. This project is part of the bank’s broader effort to support internal teams with more intuitive and efficient digital experiences.

Problem

Managers currently rely on multiple disconnected and old platforms to access client data, perform analyses, and complete tasks. This fragmentation creates inefficiencies and impacts the quality of service provided to clients.

Strategy

We’re building this solution from the ground up using Salesforce, in close collaboration with stakeholders, developers, and designers. As the UX Writer on the team, I ensure that all content across the experience is clear, aligned with the brand’s voice, and focused on usability for our internal audience.

Goal

To create an all-in-one dashboard that simplifies workflows, centralizes information, and enhances decision-making — allowing managers to spend less time navigating tools and more time focusing on client relationships.
